Q1: How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on the Tracking Number.

Q2: How do I return/exchange an item?

You can simply send the item back to us with a note for refund or exchange. Please visit our Returns page for full details and instructions.

Q3: How do the apparel items fit?

All our apparel is standard US size. Please refer to size chart if available on the listing image gallery or contact us for more information.

Q4: How long does it take to ship orders?

Most items ship within 1-2 business days. Items that are printed or made on demand can take 3-5 business days. Some products may have a longer production time of up to 14 days. Please see product detail page for more information. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out to us.

Q5: How does long it take to receive my refund after the return has been received?

Depending on the time of year it may take 1-3 weeks to process and receive a refund.
