Hawaii Pacific University (HPU) is a private university located in Hawaii.

Academics & Campus

There are three campuses in Hawaii: downtown Honolulu, Makapuʻu, and Kāneʻohe. It is the largest private university in the central Pacific. HPU offers various academic programs, such as Business Administration, Nursing, Biology, Diplomacy and Military Studies, and Social Work. The university also offers the only Doctor of Physical Therapy program in the state.

Hawaii Pacific University enrolls nearly 5,000 students, representing approximately 65 countries.

What is the History of Hawaii Pacific University?

In 1965, the school was founded as Hawaii Pacific College. In 1966, Honolulu Christian College merged into Hawaii Pacific College. The school became Hawaii Pacific University in 1990.
